Crop by dragging the box on the photo
Move and resize the rectangle, lock 1:1 or 16:9 if you need it, download. Local only.
Crop on this page is a rectangle you drag on the picture, not a set of X/Y number fields as the main gesture. Numbers still stay in sync if you need an exact pixel box for a banner spec.
Lock 1:1 for avatars, 9:16 for stories, 16:9 for thumbs. Freeform when you are just cutting a document edge. Cropping does not upload the rest of the photo “for processing” — only your tab sees it.
Processed in your browser. Files are not uploaded.
Supported: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, HEIC. Max 25 MB, 30 files.

Does Image Cropper upload the file?
No. This tool runs in the tab. See Privacy for decoder notes (HEIC, PDF.js worker).
What is the file size cap?
About 25 MB per file. Very large pixel counts are rejected so the tab stays responsive.
