What does Both do?
It mirrors left-right and top-bottom at once, like turning the photo 180° in the plane.
Does Image Flipper upload my file?
No. Processing is in this browser.
Can I use this on a phone?
Yes, with the same file-size cap (about 25 MB). A large photo is slower on a phone CPU than on a laptop.
Does Image Flipper upload the file?

What is the file size cap?
About 25 MB per file. Very large pixel counts are rejected so the tab stays responsive.
