Pack images into a PDF in this tab

Photos become pages with pdf-lib. The PDF is built on your device.

Image to PDF is for a scan stack or a set of JPEGs that a clerk wants as one document. Each picture becomes a page. It is not a searchable OCR PDF and not a merge of existing PDFs with bookmarks.

PDF.js / pdf-lib stay in the browser. We do not store the document. If you instead need pages out of an existing PDF, use PDF to JPG or PDF to PNG.

Processed in your browser. Files are not uploaded.

Questions about this tool

Does Image to PDF upload the file?

What is the file size cap?

About 25 MB per file. Very large pixel counts are rejected so the tab stays responsive.
