Passport-size photo at 35×45 mm (300 DPI)

413×531 pixels, cover-crop, white background by default. You still have to meet pose and backdrop rules.

Indian passport and many visa stalls want 35×45 mm. At 300 DPI that is 413×531 pixels. This page cover-crops into that box. It does not judge whether your expression, ears, or glasses match MEA rules — those are on the official checklist.

Lighting and a plain background are your job before you open the file here. After resize, if the upload box also names 20–50 KB, run the 50 KB compressor. Print size is not the same as a glowing phone screen; check a paper print if you are submitting physically.

Does Passport Photo Resizer upload the file?
