SVG Optimizer
Strip scripts, comments and extra whitespace. Not SVGO-complete.
SVG Optimizer is its own job in the catalog (developer): Strip scripts, comments and extra whitespace. Not SVGO-complete. It is not a copy of the resizer or converter with a new title — the operation is “svg-min”.
Controls on this page: preview and download. Output defaults to the format shown.
Processed in your browser. Files are not uploaded.
Supported: SVG. Max 25 MB, 1 file.

SVG Optimizer runs in this browser with Canvas. The file is not uploaded to imagecropx. Close the tab and the copy in memory is gone.
What this is not
There is no account and no file locker. If a format cannot be written, the tool says so.
How to use SVG Optimizer
- Choose a file for SVG Optimizer. It stays on this device.
- Check the preview. Nothing is sent to a server for this step.
- Process, then download. SVG Optimizer works on one file at a time so the preview stays usable.
Questions about this tool
Is this SVGO?
No. It is a conservative minify plus script stripping.
Does SVG Optimizer upload my file?
No. Processing is in this browser.
Can I use this on a phone?
Yes, with the same file-size cap (about 25 MB). A large photo is slower on a phone CPU than on a laptop.
Does SVG Optimizer upload the file?
No. This tool runs in the tab. See Privacy for decoder notes (HEIC, PDF.js worker).
What is the file size cap?
About 25 MB per file. Very large pixel counts are rejected so the tab stays responsive.
