Pixelate a rectangle you draw on the photo
Drag a box over a plate, screen, or name, then download. Mosaic is only inside that box.
Object blur is a manual mosaic, not face detection. You draw the region on the photo the same way you crop: drag a new box, nudge the handles, then download. The rest of the picture stays sharp.
Use it for a number plate, a laptop screen, or a document in the background. It will not hunt every face in a crowd. For a taller default box aimed at a face, use Face blur — same engine, different starting rectangle.
